Heart of Arizona (www.heartofarizona.com), is a cardiac care clinic headed by Dr. Anne-Marie Feyrer-Melk, one of the Valley’s top cardiac physicians. In 2011 they converted to a ‘concierge-type’ medical practice Optimal Health Care. This program focuses on heart attack and stroke prevention using the latest in technology and care that goes beyond traditional medical care. During the transition period ProActiveAge worked closely with Dr. Steve Feyrer-Melk, Director of Member Wellness, helping to develop a comprehensive wellness approach for patients that merged seamlessly with the optimum cardiac care provided by the practice’s medical staff.
